OS Swing 개인정보 처리방침
OS Swing은 휴대폰 안에서 골프 스윙을 분석하는 앱입니다. 여러분의 데이터가 휴대폰 밖으로 나가지 않도록 만들었으며, 아래의 선택 기능인 AI 코치와 포럼만 인터넷을 씁니다.
사용하는 정보와 목적
- 카메라: 스윙하는 동안 몸의 움직임을 보기 위해 사용합니다. 카메라 화면은 휴대폰 안의 자세 인식 모델(Google MediaPipe)이 관절 위치를 찾는 데에만 쓰이며, 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다.
- 마이크 (선택): 스윙 체크에서 클럽 선택 방법을 ‘말로 선택’으로 고른 경우에만, 세트가 진행되는 동안 스윙 사이에 클럽 이름 (“드라이버”, “아이언” 등)을 듣습니다. 음성 인식은 휴대폰의 음성 서비스(안드로이드에서는 보통 Google)가 처리하며, 앱은 알아들은 클럽 이름만 쓰고 소리는 저장하지 않습니다. 스윙 중, 앱이 말하는 동안, 세트 밖에서는 마이크를 쓰지 않습니다.
- 스윙 영상: 영상을 보관하도록 설정하면 휴대폰의 앱 전용 저장 공간에 저장됩니다. 앱에서 직접 지우거나, 설정에 따라 오래된 영상이 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
- 스윙 기록과 프로필: 점수, 측정값, 템포, 그리고 직접 입력한 프로필(이름 또는 별명, 키, 핸디캡, 성별, 오른손/왼손잡이)은 발전 과정을 보여 주기 위해 휴대폰에 저장됩니다.
- 블루투스: 사용자가 가진 OS Swing Watch를 찾아 연결하는 데에만 사용합니다. 블루투스로 위치를 알아내지 않습니다.
- AI 코치 (선택, 등록 전에는 꺼져 있음): AI 코치는 OS 클럽이 운영하는 서버(ai.osclub.com)를 거칩니다. 이 서버가 요청을 저희 AI 모델에 전달하고 답을 돌려줍니다. 처음 한 번 환경설정 → AI 코치에 초대 코드를 넣으면 이 폰만의 키를 받으며, 키는 폰에 암호화해 저장됩니다. AI 기능(스윙·세트 분석, 오늘의 한마디, 코치·피팅 채팅)을 쓸 때마다 필요한 측정값과 요약(스윙 점수와 결점, 템포, 피팅은 내 백의 클럽 사양)을 보내고, 허용하면 스윙 장면 4장(약 100 KB)도 보냅니다(모바일 데이터를 허용하지 않으면 Wi-Fi에서만). 영상 파일, 이름, 프로필은 보내지 않습니다. 저희 서버는 보낸 내용과 답을 저장하지 않습니다. 서버에는 폰 기종 이름, 사용한 초대 코드, 키의 해시값(되돌릴 수 없는 값), 하루 요청 횟수(사용량 제한용)만 남습니다. 답은 휴대폰에 저장됩니다. 직접 운영하는 다른 서버를 지정할 수도 있으며, 그때는 그 서버 운영자의 정책이 적용됩니다.
하지 않는 것
- 앱은 위의 선택 기능인 AI 코치에만 인터넷을 씁니다. 거기 적은 등록 기록과 하루 요청 횟수 외에는 어떤 데이터도 수집하거나 서버에 저장하지 않으며, 누구에게도 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
- 회원 가입, 광고, 분석·추적 도구가 없습니다.
OS 클럽 포럼 (선택): 환경설정 → OS 클럽 포럼은 www.osclub.com의 포럼을 앱 안에서 엽니다. 로그인하면 osclub.com 아이디와 비밀번호를 안드로이드 키스토어로 암호화해 폰에 저장하고, www.osclub.com 로그인에만 보냅니다. 작성한 글은 osclub.com의 약관에 따라 포럼에 게시됩니다. 포럼 화면에서 로그아웃하면 폰에서 지워집니다.
사용자가 선택한 공유: 스윙 화면에서 공유를 누르면 안드로이드 공유 창을 통해 해당 영상과 짧은 요약이 사용자가 고른 앱으로 전달됩니다. 이후의 처리는 그 앱의 정책을 따릅니다.
안드로이드 백업: Google 계정의 안드로이드 백업이 켜져 있으면, 안드로이드가 앱 데이터(예: 스윙 기록)를 사용자의 개인 기기 백업에 포함할 수 있으며, 이는 Google의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 저희는 이 백업에 접근할 수 없습니다.
데이터 삭제: 앱에서 스윙이나 골퍼를 삭제하거나, 앱을 삭제하면 앱이 저장한 모든 데이터가 지워집니다. 이 폰의 AI 코치 등록 기록(ai.osclub.com에 남은 기록)이나 osclub.com 포럼 계정을 지우려면 support@osclub.com으로 요청하세요. 30일 안에 삭제합니다.
아동: 이 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
변경: 방침이 바뀌면 이 주소에 새 버전을 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

OS Swing Privacy Policy
OS Swing analyses your golf swing on your phone. We designed it so that your data stays on your device; the optional AI coach and forum below are the only features that go online.
What the app uses, and why
- Camera. To see your body while you swing. Each camera frame is analysed on the phone by an on-device pose model (Google MediaPipe) to find your joints. Frames are not sent anywhere.
- Microphone (optional). Only if you choose “Say it” as the way to set the club in the swing check: while a set is running, the app listens for a club name (“driver”, “iron”…) between swings. Recognition is done by the phone’s own speech service (on Android usually Google’s), and the app keeps only the recognised club, never the audio. The microphone is off during a swing, while the app is talking, and outside a running set.
- Video recordings of your swings. If you keep swing videos, they are saved in the app’s own storage on your phone. You can delete them in the app, and the app deletes old ones automatically if you choose that setting.
- Swing results and profile. Scores, measurements, tempo, and what you enter in your profile (name or nickname, height, handicap, sex, handedness) are stored on your phone to show your progress.
- Bluetooth. Only to find and connect the OS Swing Watch you own. The app does not use Bluetooth to determine your location.
- AI coach (optional, off until you register). The AI coach works through our server at ai.osclub.com, run by OS Club, which passes your request to our AI model and returns the answer. To use it you enter an invite code once in Settings → AI coach; the phone then receives its own key, stored encrypted on the phone. Each time you use an AI feature (a swing or set analysis, today’s note, the coach or fitting chat), the app sends the measurements and summaries it needs — swing scores and faults, tempo, and for fitting your bag’s specs — and, if you allow it, four still frames of the swing (about 100 KB, on Wi-Fi only unless you allow mobile data). It never sends the video file, your name or your profile. Our server does not store what you send or the answers; it keeps only the phone’s model name, the invite code used, a one-way hash of the key and a daily count of requests (for the daily limit). Answers are stored on your phone. You can also point the app at a server of your own instead; then that server’s operator’s policy applies.
What we do not do
- The app uses the internet only for the optional AI coach above. Apart from the registration record and daily count described there, we do not collect or store any of your data on our servers, and we do not sell or share it with anyone.
- No account, no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs.
OS Club forum (optional). Settings → OS Club forum opens the forum on www.osclub.com inside the app. If you sign in, your osclub.com username and password are stored on the phone, encrypted with the Android Keystore, and are sent only to www.osclub.com to sign you in. Posts you write are published on the forum under osclub.com’s terms. Sign out in the forum screen to remove them from the phone.
Sharing you choose. When you tap Share on a swing, Android’s share sheet sends that video and a short text summary to the app you pick. What happens next is governed by that app.
Android backup. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include the app’s data (for example your swing history) in your personal device backup, handled by Google under its own privacy policy. We have no access to it.
Deleting your data. Delete swings or golfers in the app, or uninstall the app to remove everything it stored. To remove this phone’s AI coach registration (the record kept on ai.osclub.com) or your osclub.com forum account, email support@osclub.com; we delete it within 30 days.
Children. The app is not directed at children under 13.
Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
