휴대폰에 저장된 데이터
스윙 기록, 영상, 프로필, 프로 스윙은 휴대폰 안에만 있어요. 앱에서 스윙이나 골퍼를 지우거나, 앱을 삭제하면 모두 지워져요. 직접 만든 백업 파일과 갤러리 사본(Movies/OS Swing)은 직접 지워 주세요. 저희 서버에는 이 데이터가 없어요.
서버에 있는 데이터 삭제 요청
서버에는 두 가지만 있어요.
- osclub.com 포럼 계정: 아이디, 이메일, 작성한 글
- AI 코치 등록 기록: 휴대폰 기종 이름, 사용한 초대 코드, 키의 해시값, 하루 요청 횟수 (보낸 내용과 답은 저장하지 않아요)
삭제하려면 support@osclub.com으로 “계정 삭제 요청”이라고 보내 주세요.
- 포럼 계정을 지우려면 그 계정의 이메일 주소로 보내거나, 아이디를 적어 주세요.
- AI 코치 등록을 지우려면 휴대폰 기종과 등록한 날짜(대략)를 적어 주세요.
- 일부만 지우고 싶으면(예: AI 등록만, 글은 남기고 계정만) 그렇게 적어 주세요.
30일 안에 삭제하고 알려 드려요. 삭제하면 포럼 계정과 그 계정 정보, AI 코치 등록 기록이 지워지고 그 휴대폰의 AI 키는 더 쓸 수 없게 돼요. 법으로 보관해야 하는 정보가 있을 때에는 그 기간 동안만 따로 보관해요.

Delete your account and data (English)
App: OS Swing by OS Club (osclub.com).
Data on your phone. Swing records, videos, your profile and pro swings exist only on your phone. Delete swings or golfers in the app, or uninstall the app, to remove them. Backup files and gallery copies (Movies/OS Swing) you made are yours to delete. Our servers do not hold this data.
Data on our servers. Only two things: your osclub.com forum account (username, email address, your posts) and your AI coach registration (phone model name, invite code used, a hash of the key, daily request count; what you send and the answers are never stored).
How to request deletion. Email support@osclub.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. For the forum account, write from the account’s email address or give the username. For the AI coach registration, give your phone model and roughly when you registered. Say so if you want only part of it deleted.
What happens. We delete the forum account and its details and the AI coach registration within 30 days and confirm by email; the phone’s AI key stops working. Information we are legally required to keep is held separately only for that period.
